The client came to ECT, because the core DECT chip set, in his present solution, had reached End of Life. Therefore, we developed new hardware and software for the conference system. Including, upgraded functionality in the existing housing.

The client needed a new DECT solution. In addition, the product had to keep the same physical dimensions. However, with a few new features supported in the software. Still, the major challenge was to design a new DECT solution. Allowing it to fit the existing housing. Also, the basic functionality should be equal. Especially, the demand for sound quality, and overall reliability was high. In order to ensure continuous delivery of the final product, the client needed a fast development process.
